SHOPPING
Q: Do I need to register an account to shop with you? 
A:  No, you can place an order and check out as a guest for each time. However, with an account, it allows you to check order records/cart easily, and you don't need to worry about losing the data due to changing the device or clearing browser cookies. In addition, sign up for an account, you are allowed to use the function of Wishlist, and do not need to type your details for every purchase.

Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed or is shipped out?
A:  After you successfully place an order, an order confirmation email (including the order number) will be sent to the email address you put in under the order; once the order is shipped out, a shipping confirmation email (including the tracking number) will be sent to the email address as well. If you could not find any confirmation email in your inbox, please also kindly try other folders.   

Q: Can I cancel/amend an order once it's been placed?
A: Once your order has been shipped out (a tracking number is available), we are not able to cancel/amend it. If you have any cancellation/amendment requests after placing an order, please kindly urgently contact us and provide your order number. We'd like to check the possibility for you. 

Q: I have a coupon code/gift card, how can I use it? 
A: You can directly enter the coupon code/gift card number on the checkout page, and don't forget to click on the button "Apply". The system will automatically show you the final price after applying for the coupon code/gift card number. 

Q: Does the price includes any tax/duties? 
A: No. The price shown on the website does not cover duties and taxes. The number of duties/taxes is subject to the customs policy in your country and not all packages need to be paid for this part. If there are any duties/taxes occur, they should be covered by the recipients.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY 
Q: How much is the shipping fee? 
A: You may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as the shipping fees are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, the system will auto-calculate and show the shipping charges based on your address.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered? 
A:  All orders will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. Usually, it takes around 10 - 15 business days for standard shipping and 3 - 7 business days for expedited shipping. 
This is just for the estimated average shipping time for your reference. We will offer the best shipping service to all our customers and take it as our priority, but any out-of-control factors, such as local customs clearance, unfavorable weather conditions, the Pandemic, and Holiday/peak seasons may cause shipping delays. We do appreciate your patience and understanding!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped out, our system will automatically send you a tracking number via email. You can click here and track your order: TRACK MY ORDER

Q: The tracking status shows my package was delivered, but I can't find it! What should I do?
A: Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered, but they may deliver the following business day; If you still haven't received the package, we suggest you check the surroundings, and can also check with your family/roommates/neighbors if someone helped you to take it. If still no results, please feel free to contact us with your order number.

Q: What can I do if I typo the wrong shipping address? 
A:  Please urgently contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address. We will check the status of your order to see the possibility of the change: 
-- If the order hasn't been shipped out, we can directly change the shipping address for you, and there is no additional cost occurs. 
-- If the order has been shipped out, we are unable to do the change as the sender. You can then contact the local carrier and provide them with the tracking number to check if they can change the shipping address in time. 

Q: What can I do if my package has been returned? 
A: If the package has been returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or recipients aren't available for pickup in time, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges.
If the package has been returned by error, we will arrange the free re-delivery for you. 


EXCHANGE & RETURN
Q: What should I do if received a defective/incorrect item? 
A: Please kindly contact us with your order number and the photo of the actual item you received. Our team will get back to you within 48 hrs. 

Q: What should I do if I found I have purchased the wrong size/color?
A: We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We accept returns for items that match our return policy
